           Food supply chains to a large metropolitan area break down due to severe weather events. Cold storage facilities
           are interrupted due to power interruptions. Toxic food is unwittingly distributed/consumed in large amounts.
           Shelves are empty and hospitals and clinics struggle to cope. Crime and unrest break out.
