Not holding leaders to account, is
a leadership failure in itself.
South Africa has clearly stated the goals it needs to achieve for a brighter future, in the NDP Vision 2030. Individuals
and corporates’ ability to change their behaviours, to manage their risks, and so achieve the goals that will change the
future is the single key determining factor. The table below provides a collective view from the many contributors to
this Report on the most likely impact of implementation of the risk responses suggested in this report. Achievement of
the NDP goals is directly dependent on a changed culture that drives different behaviours to realise a different future.
