For optimal benefit, the following should be noted when navigating this report:
• The Report is an interactive e-book which allows readers to follow the storyline page by page, or
to navigate to areas of interest from the table of contents and or links between risk and economic
sector views (with links to additional relevant information and resources).
• In the interest of space, the following must be noted:
• Abbreviations and acronyms are used throughout (a comprehensive list is included for
reference).
• The terms ‘short-‘, ‘medium-‘, and ‘long-term’ mean up to 3 years, 3 to 5 years, and more than
5 years, respectively.
• The term ‘geopolitics’ includes current or future global/regional tensions that may affect risk
themes as indicated.
• The term ‘alternative energy’ includes generators, inverters, batteries, solar, et cetera.
