In the absence of physical and mental

safety, South Africans will continue to

live in A Tale of Two Cities. In fact, the

Second City of exclusion and poverty

will grow and swallow us all. To prevent

this, all South Africans must work to

create more opportunities for more

people to gain access to the First City,

where there is opportunity for growth

and better lives.
